 For all these services orders must be placed by 12pm. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday by 12pm will be delivered on the following Monday. If due to a high volume of orders we are unable to ship on these days the goods will be shipped on the following business day. 

Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be shipped on the following Monday.

Should there be an unsuccessful delivery attempt, e.g., if you are not in, the carrier will leave notification of the necessary redelivery/collection information.

We state the cost of delivery for each order on the checkout page, the customer will see which delivery methods are available and an estimated delivery time. FuzzYard endeavour to deliver a product within the period shown.

Please note that during the festive season we cannot guarantee same day  despatch nor the normal delivery period.

If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

FuzzYard does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.
